Quick Summary
All bookings are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or stated within these terms.
Korsakov events are strictly for people aged 18 or over.
Tickets are sold through Celebratix.
Korsakov does not currently operate or endorse an official resale platform.
You agree to these terms when you complete a booking.
1. Contract for Services
A booking is an offer to purchase a ticket. A binding contract is formed when your booking has been successfully processed and confirmed in writing.
All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional event-specific conditions shown during the booking process.
Our ticketing platform is provided by Celebratix. However, unless otherwise stated during booking, your contract for the event is with Undivide Ltd as the operator of Korsakov.
Celebratix may also apply its own platform and payment terms to your transaction.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel a booking where:
Payment has not been received;
Incorrect information has been provided;
A ticket has been purchased fraudulently;
A clear pricing or technical error has occurred;
A stated ticket limit has been exceeded; or
The booking otherwise breaches these terms.
If we cancel a valid booking due solely to a pricing, availability or technical error, we will refund the amount paid for the affected ticket.
2. Your Responsibilities
By making a booking, you agree to:
Provide complete and accurate personal, contact and payment information;
Be aged 18 or over;
Ensure everyone for whom you purchase a ticket is aged 18 or over;
Check the event, date, ticket type and booking details before completing your purchase;
Keep your ticket and barcode secure;
Contact us promptly if you identify an issue with your booking; and
Comply with any event-specific or venue rules communicated to you.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information supplied during booking or a failure to check your booking details.
3. Tickets, Transfers & Resale
Tickets will normally be issued electronically through Celebratix.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you can access your ticket before the event. If you have not received your ticket, contact info@korsakovdnb.com as soon as possible.
Each ticket and barcode is valid for one admission only. Tickets must not be copied, duplicated, altered or reproduced.
Unless event-specific restrictions state otherwise, a genuine ticket may be used by another eligible attendee even if the original purchaser’s name appears on it.
Korsakov does not currently operate or endorse an official resale platform. Tickets purchased or sold through unofficial third parties are transferred at the buyer’s and seller’s own risk.
We cannot:
Confirm the authenticity of tickets offered by third parties;
Mediate disputes between private buyers and sellers;
Replace tickets purchased from an unauthorised seller; or
Guarantee admission where a ticket has been copied, cancelled, refunded or previously used.
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or used in competitions, promotions or advertising without our written permission.
4. Prices & Payments
Ticket prices are displayed during the booking process and may vary between events, ticket releases and ticket categories.
The total price, including applicable platform, processing or transaction fees, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, availability or technical errors. If an error affects a confirmed booking, we will contact you and offer either:
The opportunity to pay the correct price; or
Cancellation of the affected booking and a refund of the amount paid.
Where a refund is permitted, platform, processing or transaction fees may be excluded unless applicable law requires them to be refunded.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations by You
All bookings are final. Tickets, platform fees and processing fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you can no longer attend, you may contact us at info@korsakovdnb.com. Any refund, credit or alternative offered outside your statutory rights will be entirely at our discretion.
Not attending an event, arriving late, travel disruption, illness, personal circumstances or a change of plans does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Cancellations by Us
We may cancel an event for operational, safety or legal reasons or because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an event is cancelled, we will contact ticket holders using the details provided during booking and explain the available options. These may include:
A replacement or rescheduled event;
Transfer to another event;
Ticket credit; or
A refund.
Any refund will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. Platform or processing fees may be excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other personal expenses incurred in connection with an event.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or remedy to which you are legally entitled.
6. Event Changes
Event details, including the venue, date, opening times, programme, production and artist line-up, may be subject to change.
Artist appearances and performance times cannot be guaranteed. Changes to individual artists, set times, supporting acts or the running order will not normally entitle ticket holders to a refund.
If we make a significant change to an event, we will inform affected ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the nature of the change and applicable law, you may be offered the option to:
Accept the change;
Transfer to an alternative event, where available; or
Cancel the affected booking and receive an applicable refund.
A significant change may include:
Moving the event to a substantially different location;
A substantial change to the advertised event date;
Cancellation of the entire event; or
A major change that materially alters the overall nature of the event.
The cancellation or replacement of an individual artist, including a headline artist, will only be treated as a significant change where it materially changes the overall nature of the event.
7. Extraordinary Circumstances
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These may include:
Severe weather or natural disasters;
War, terrorism, civil unrest or political instability;
Government action or restrictions;
Epidemics, pandemics or public-health emergencies;
Industrial action;
Power failure or critical infrastructure failure;
Venue closure;
Safety or security threats; or
Any other event that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where an event is affected by extraordinary circumstances, we will take reasonable steps to provide updates and explain the available options.
Any refund, replacement, postponement or credit will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances.
8. Legal & Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for:
Loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control;
Travel, accommodation or other personal expenses;
Loss of or damage to personal belongings;
Actions or failures of independent third parties;
Indirect or unforeseeable losses; or
Losses arising from a customer’s failure to comply with these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Complaints
If you experience a problem with your booking, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to info@korsakovdnb.com and should include:
Your full name;
Booking reference;
The event concerned;
A description of the issue; and
Any relevant supporting information.
We recommend submitting complaints within 30 days of the relevant event. This timeframe does not remove any legal rights you may have.
10. Intellectual Property
All Korsakov website content, branding, logos, artwork, videos, photographs and promotional materials belong to Undivide Ltd, Korsakov and/or their respective licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially use this content without prior written permission.
Korsakov branding may not be used in connection with an unauthorised event, promotion, product or commercial activity.
11. Third-Party Services
Services connected with our events may be supplied by third parties, including venues, ticketing providers and payment processors.
These services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in another country or attend an event outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the laws applicable to you or the country in which the event takes place.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales or another court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms in effect when you complete your booking will normally apply to that booking. Any updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Version: September 2026
These terms supersede all previous versions of the Korsakov Terms & Conditions.
